At Maple Ridge Eye Care, we are committed to ensuring that you’re happy with any purchase you make with us. We stand behind all of the products we sell and extend all manufacturer’s warranties to our customers.

Eyewear Satisfaction Guarantee

Please keep in mind that your eyes may take time to adjust to your new lenses, especially if your prescription has changed. However, if you feel that you’re not satisfied with your vision with your new lenses, simply bring them in to us within 60 days of purchase and we will happily replace them with a new pair of lenses of equal or lesser value at no extra charge. Our goal is to have you wearing the eyewear that provides you with the best vision to meet your needs. In the event that you cannot adapt to your new progressive lenses, we will offer you a complete refund on your lenses within 60 days.
Within 30 days of purchase, you may exchange your frame for a different frame with an in-store credit given for frames of a lower value. You will be charged the difference for frames of a higher value.  If new lenses are required to fit the new frame they will be provided at 50% of the regular retail price. 

Return Policy

Each pair of glasses is ordered and custom-made for your unique lens prescription and selected frames. For this reason, any return of non-defective merchandise, within 60 days of purchase, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, to a maximum of $200. After 60 days from the date or purchase, we can no longer accept any product for return.

EnChroma Eyewear Return Policy

Due to the specialty nature of this product, there is no return policy and returns cannot be accepted. For prescription orders, no refunds or returns are possible once an order has been placed.

Lens Warranty

On regular retail lenses, excluding sale items or special packages, we provide a 1 to 2-year warranty (manufacturer dependent) on all lens coatings against scratches and manufacturer’s defects. After 1 year, a $35 shipping and handling fee is applied.

Frame Warranty

All our frames, including sunglasses (excluding sale items or special package offerings), come with a 1 to 2-year warranty (manufacturer dependent) covering any manufacturer’s defects in materials and/or workmanship. After 1 year, a $35 shipping and handling fee is applied.

Contact Lens Warranty

We offer free replacement of damaged or ripped disposable lenses. If your prescription changes, we will exchange unused disposable contact lenses for free.
